Our flat-rate standard ground shipping is $12.00 per valid shipping address for ground service per shipping container  within the contiguous 48 states –  We do an excellent  job packing as much as we safely can per container to save on shipping cost.  Please double check all address information for your orders. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, there is an additional $25.00 shipping charge. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii require upgraded 2-day shipping; please call us at 540-994-5659 for more information.

For  P.O. Boxes, international destinations, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, please call 540-994-5659. Additional charges may apply.

We can ship nearly anywhere in the world. Costs will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please be aware that certain items may not be permitted through customs in some countries. Call 540-994-5659 or email us to discuss international shipping.

Return/Exchange Policy

Please inspect all orders upon receipt to check for damaged or defective goods.  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to mailorder@drapermerc.com with a photo image of the damage, if possible.  In order to return or exchange an item, depending on the circumstances, we may require the return of the original item, the box in which your items were delivered, packaging materials and all box content.
